The Start of a Dynasty: Mavs! (July 10th 2012)
Hey guys whats up this is the intro to the series so you understand whats going on. I have taken over the Dallas Mavericks as GM in the RSL online association. This was a fantasy draft and a 58 game season on Hall of Fame Mode and 7 min quarters. The Mavs are currently 15-15, 4th in the Southwest Division and 7th in the Western Conference. Here is a list of all of our players and lineups. Keep in mind I am taking over mid season so another GM drafted for me and changed up the roster. So this is what I have inherited and what I am left to work with:

Immediately I checked to see who my big men were because one thing I have learned in NBA 2k12 is that if you have a dominant big man down low you can really do some damage, also if you don’t get boards you will get destroyed. So this is the first glaring problem that I need to approach and fix. I was happy to see Enes Kanter though because I feel like I can develop him and in 3-5 years I think he can be that dominant Center that I need. So the previous GM had his own Big Three in the making with Durant, Nash and Joe Johnson. I like this but honestly I am pretty sure that I am going to be getting rid of Joe Johnson just because I cant really do anything with him, and I really need a big man!
